Regrettably, you have breeched protocol by dragging issues from one website into another.  Let me make this absolutely clear that this practice is no acceptable here.

Simtropolis.com is not an extension of SimCities.com, nor is it an extension of any other website on the internet remotely related to SimCity.  Although members cross-polinate, site issues remain with the site from which they originate.  

From the few lines I read, you obviously appear frustrated.  I am sure you are not immune to reason, however, so you will be able to appreciate my stance.  Your post has been censored as the correspondence you've cited has nothing to do with Simtropolis, these issues are yours to personally take up elsewhere -- preferrably where they originated.
