Repetitive Housing

I'll try to upload a picture if I can get it to work but this is the lowdown:

I have a griddy suburban area and it's all 1X2. Once they reached middle class housing, all of them turn into

white brick house (downloaded from the STEX)

This is bothering me because I see white brick house after white brick house after white brick house. I don't want to delete the plugin file because I like teh white brick house, but how can I get some variety in the housing types? Also, the plugin file comes with red brick house and yellow brick house, but those never show; I haven't even seen one in the game yet.

Can anyone help?

Hmm...I'm no expert on creating BAT's but i do know that some bats have a high value on how often they appear. You must have picked one of them.

I had the same problem once, i downloaded a set of nice colourful terrace houses and they took over everything, including some beautiful Red brick terrace housing i had.

Only two solutions (maybe three) 1. Change the value (if you know how to). 2. Delete the plugin and move on. 3. Create more different conditions. Row after row of the same grid might favour the conditions and desirability of that lot.

Anybody else have any ideas?

Use the make historical button to preserve buildings that you DO want. Exhaustive? Yes, but the only other way really, is to yes, as vivicas has said to either modify the lot or change from 1x2 to another size lot.

Maybe you should try 2x2?

Aww I guess I'm stuck deleting the plugin : /
