PROBLEM WITH RUSH HOUR!!!!!!!!!

One month ago I buyed Sim City 4,and yesterday Rush Hour Expansion pack.The problem is when I start rush hour everything is ok but in game I cant build avenues,roads,highways,subway,monorail,cant use rute query but I can build streets,residental,comercial,industrial zones.Also there is no words in options,cant see data wiews and etc.I removed and installed again SC 4 and RH but problem is same.
Help?????

it looks like its not installing everything or its corrupt i have had this problem before i had to disable the antivirus, and make sure you have the update on the simcity.com site

if you are a backwards windows user, then uninstalling can leave residue files on your computer. but to me it sounds more like you have something else on your computer which is conflicting with the game, another windows symptom. look on the net for other people with the same problem as you, or call tech support at Maxis.

Do your Rush Hour and SimCity disks match up in terms of region? That is, did you buy them in the same region of the world?

SC4 is like a DVD player. There are multiple region versions of the game. Different versions of SC4 and Deluxe don't mix and cause a lot of problems. If this is the case for you, I suggest that you either return your RH disc and get a new one, or buy Deluxe Edition.
