Default grass texture gone!

For some reason none of the BATs I use include the default grass texture that I always assumed came with the game, has this ever happened to anyone? Can you help me out?

Can you give us an example of a particular BAT that is showing this problem? A picture would also help nail it down. Otherwise it is very hard to work out exactly what the problem is.

You should check the readme and STEX description for anything you download to see if the creator says there are any dependencies. Not having the right dependencies on your computer could cause this problem. The grass may look similar to the ingame grass, but it still may be a different custom texture that you need to download separately.

Also check your city detail settings to see if they are on high, although I think that mainly affects props, rather than textures.

Hehe, I actually figured out that the problem was the arctic terrain mod, sorry for the inconvenience.
