Yup, it's all coommercial, actually, all commercial office about 400k jobs...

 

brett, Linds and Cahalane are probably the most rampant of all CO skyscrapers, having a hard time getting the pedrianas, only a few of them developed in this city.  The second hardest is the van prooijen, just got it by repeatedly bulldozing several cahalanes.

The easiest way is to cheat... the hard way is to put some high density residential zones then after getting the rewards you need, dezone and bulldoze the res zones (and the unnecesary rewards), which I did to this city. This city once had the university and minor/major league stadiums (or stadia?...).

for some weird reason, that building in the upper-right hand corner is permanently highlited blue, like buildings become when you do a querry on them. i dont mind though, its pretty neat.

Here is my largest city, River Peaks. Population 90,000. I basically went crazy with the terrain editor, then built the city as best I could. Below shows the zoning layout. I'm kinda pleased with it! =) It's the centre tile on my region map, which explains why it has so many highway connections. Any comments / suggestions?

 

 

 And here the region it sits within. As you can see, i'm finding it quite hard to make the regions fit together to look like a "realistic" landscape. The mountains become disjointed between every map.

Maxis, in future, can you give us a tool which lets us terraform entire regions at once? =) Oh, and add Roundabouts, and street trams. =) Thanks.

i wouldnt say its "NICE!!!!".. its more of a  "Not Bad".. too many repetitive buildigns though.... like the Wren.. you have about 7 of those all together....

Well, the amount of Wren's could be the prove it is not plopped... I have to bulldoze most of my Wren's, otherwise I am getting too much of them... They appear a lot!

Redora City...a low density affair.  I think I don't even have anything beyond Stage 5.  But I guess I like it this way =P Makes the place seem more...friendly, simple, somehow.
