so i downloaded industry quadrupler but how do i get it to my sim city 4 deluxe. i downloaded nam and got that into scd but do i need to get something else for the industry quadrupler?

Nothing else. It is best used with the Radical Ordinance modd, which is at

All you need to do is unzip it and put the file in your \Simcity4\Plugins\ folder.

Constantina and many others do use it with the radical orinance mod and it will produce drastic results. However, if you're trying to keep industrial sprawl down, use it alone and you'll have four times less industrial buildings taking up space but still providing jobs. Using both tend to cancel each other out. If you want to have a densely packed city with maximum population, go for it. If not, try it by itself and see if you get the results you're looking for. If it's not enough, then go for the rad mod. Playing styles vary, so use what works best for you. Good luck!
