Extreme camera jiggling/studdering?

Just finished reinstalling SC4, got a craving for it, for whatever reason before - and - after patching the game, the camera moves with extreme choppieness, no soft movement at all coming from it, im unsure what can ause this?  The only thing I can think of is that I have a widescreen monitor (1680x1050) and maximum resolution supported is 12x8.

Eh... read my subpost, its a 7950gx2.  Anyways I tryed rebooting (I rarely reboot) and that fixed the camera studdering.

 Now my problem is that traffic skips a beat or it moves extremely fast when playing the regular game (for exeception of doing U-drive missions).  Not sure what to do, it doesn't affect / lag gameplay but its kind of annoying.

Try setting your processor affinity to one CPU.  SC4 was born before dual core processors.
