Why not install water treatment plant & air purification to see if they fully clear up the area. Then make your adjustments from there.

No, haven't seen it before. How low is the land? If you raise it (God mode) what happens? Nice harbour btw!

Its weird, you can clearly see that it breaks with the terrain, its only at the terrains lowest level like its floating only so high up.

The terrain is at the lowest possible point that land can be built on before shallow water appears.

Also, it is a dense industrial area, i really dont want to clean it up, what fun is that? 11.gif

When I first looked at it quickly, I mistook them for shadows. Which makes me wonder...because the ground is so low, is it possible the game doesn't know how to simulate shadows at that low altitude and they're some kind of a buggy shadow? Just I thought.

Place a park, preferably a large flower garden, and LOTS of trees. To get back into the initial god mode hold down CTRL+ALT+SHIFT and click the god mode button before releasing the keyboard buttons. Then plant a lot of trees around the industrial areas to attack the pollution at its source. Unlike parks, trees are free to plant, and, most importantly, free to maintain. If you want to be a sissy loser use the pollution radical ordinance mod...its YOUR choice. I wouldn't.

Well, it is water pollution caused by your riparian industry.  Best answer is the water purification plant from the water menu.  Expensive, so I hope your treasury can stand it.  The game provides only parks, playgrounds, graveyards and individual trees as air pollution cleaners.

Since maxis provided a water cleaner, I don't see anything wrong with using an air cleaner from the STEX.

LOL! They're pretty funny. Try completely demolishing, raising, and rezoning little by little. Nice harbor.
