I first played SImCity4 (I have Deluxe edition) soon after it came out and I recently started playing it again.  However in between I have lost my old e-mail in the time inbetween.  And as you know you can't register a previously registered serial number.

Welcome to our conversation.  If you have everything you need from the home site, then don't worry about it.  If you take a look at EA's help FAQ, I think you will find how to change it.  They have to grant you this, not us.

Yes you can re-register but it has to be via email/snailmail to EA support.. no one can help you other wise without violating copyright laws.. good luck
