Get the batupdate at sc4devotion. Just look for the EA support button on the lower left of the first page.

I dont think i can join the offical site...... because i have the steam version which has no "Cd key ,you need a cd key to join right and register your game ? Correct me if im wrong.

SC4Devotion is not the "official site" yet the files are there.  Just register over there, it is free.  As far as SC4 goes, the official site is no better than the back end of the horse.
