How would you be so much in debt with that population! You must have the taxes set to 0% as all those people paying with their taxes would have created a massive revenue!

I agree, it's impossible, but I had a city about the same size (on a medium lot with about the same water) that I got up to 300,000 people. The only outside support it received were two VERY small cities of ID, about 15,000 per.

Gives me a bit of an idea...

one time i intentionally tried to get a city to riot, because i had no idea what it looked like yet, and i did not build any civic bldgs, but it took a DrVu take out industrial complex with the fighter plane to get a riot.

I then bulldozed many police stations and dropped the remaining one's funding to 0.

They soon started fires with molotov*****tails, so i stopped funding the fire department too. It's funny looking at them not doing anything when they're dispatched with $0.

When my city was half rubble I rebuilt the police and fire departments and ended the riot easily.

It was expensive to tow the flipped cars though.

Haha , i experienced this once myself , everything went very wrong , when i agreed to upgrade a seaport , i think i had a conflict in support packs , i didnt get pics i was to shock horror to even think about getting shot.
