brown packages

I've donwloaded many buildings from the honkong BAT team... I've downloaded Lei muk shue estate and Kwai chung estate and marina residental set... and one of those were built in my city but they was like a brown package... i've heard u must download props... does anyone know from where I can download these props...?

You need Sim City 4 + Rush Hour or Sim City 4 Deluxe for most downloads from this site to work.
