Job Problem on Ploppable R$, R$$, R$$$

I have a mod, I'm not sure what it is, but it takes all Maxis buildings and puts them in your landmarks menu as ploppable RCI's.  But whenever I plop residential buildings, the 'No Job' zot appears even if the buildings are in a commercial wasteland!  Then after a while they abandon due to commute time!  I want to iknow whats wrong here, and how I can fix it.  Is there a patch?  Or are my plugins just interfering with the mod?

ploppable Residential is very buggy, and this is the main side effect. for some reason, when you plop a residential, the residents can't seem to find their way out!

one way to remedy this is to zone and let the residential area develop first. then plop the Residential lot on top of the already developed area (don't bulldoze),
