everytime i try to download a modd file it downloads as a .zip file but when i open it it trys to play in WMP

How do i fix this? does anyone know?

you need to change the file associations in Windows.

1) Open up the Control Panel

2) Go to Folder Options

3) Click the File Types Tab

4) Find the entry for ZIP or .zip

5) Edit it to be opened by your favorite Zipping utility

If you don't use a zipping utility and rely on Windows Archiver, try to delete the ZIP association and reboot. That may fix the problem, but i'm not sure.

ok thanks ive been trying to download these files and i opened it and all of the sudden bam! windows media player

so yea ill try it
