CRUSH PROBLEM with rush hour.

HI,
i have crush problem.

my computer is:
p4 3200 mhz
1gb ram
nvidia geforce fx5700

i install sim city 4 and rush hour.

when i play after 10, 15 or 20 minutes the game crush. no error no rebooting only crush.

in install 638 patch but the situations isn't change.

Welcome to our conversation.

A crash to desk top like this can be caused by several things.  The most common are:

1. Not enough swap space
2. Using the NAM with a puzzle piece crossing over a Transit Enabled lot.

You have enough real memory, but have you set your virtual memory high enough?  Your virtual memory for a 1024MB RAM should be set to: initial = 3072MB maximum = 4095MB.

If you do not have the Network Addon Mod package, the second does not apply.

Crashes with computer restart or Blue Screen of Death are often caused by drivers not being up to date.  You should make sure that everything in your operating system has the latest version.

If this is not helpful, please post your system details here.  We need to see your

1. CPU type and speed
2. Graphics sub-system type and memory
3. Sound sub-system
4. Whether any other programs are running in the background
5. Virtual memory settings
6. Operating system and service pack status

Would you also run the program DXDIAG from your run box, and let us know if it discovers any problems?

I assume you mean "CRASH" not "CRUSH"  .. I have never had SC 4 crash unless I have done improper things with MOD's .. I suggest you reinstall and follow this link HERE

Also, N_O_Body has made some excellent points.. (he wrote that while I was looking up the link.. LOL)
