As we all know, the default location for regions and plugins is within the My Documents folder. Is there any chance that location could be moved to another location?

Yes, but why would you do that?

It would also take a lot of pathfinding modificatioons, so the game would know where to go to get region and plugins.

I wouldn't try it, unless you have a backup foler(s) and system retstore on!

I was just curious. I have an extra 160 gig hard drive and thought saving all plugins, etc to that drive would keep the main drive clean. I have almost a gig itself now of plugins.

Just thought I would pose the question.

you can, by moving your MyDocs folder to the new drive. Right-click on your MyDocuments icon, and go to Properties. then change the target location. after windows moves some files around, you should be good to go. and, no worries. it's not risky at all. you can just set it back if something goes wrong, or if you just don't like the result.

Oh yes, I forgot about that. Very good. Thank you for finding that.
