need help "stacking"?

first of all, im a rookie, so can someone tell me what "stacking" is? second, that parkinglottexmega requires to "stack" it into lot editor? i got loteditor but what do i do?

I am not sure of that term stacking. I was thinking that stacking was the area in which a prop is placed on top of another prop. I might also think that this may mean an Overlay texture placed over a base texture.

I beleive it means you should place an overlay texture on top of another overlay texture. I have managed to do it, however I have forgotten how :S.
