Thanks, but that's the problem. I'm having some problems as you can see, so it'll take me a bit... But when I figure it out (Soon) I'll have a huge update. Tons of pictures and everything.

EDIT: It's done, again as you can see.

nice start but you need to post the pictures in thread to make more attention on your CJ, here i'll tell you how...

you take your pic's and stuff...

you open then on MS paint

you rezie, add text, or do whatever you want...

you save it as whatever you want BUT u must add ".jpg" at the end of the name (ex: simcitypic1.jpg)

then i would recomend uploading them on www.imgcity.net, because photobucket makes them super small for some reason...

and then u post them in thread (i usualy make a post saying "update under construction please egnore this message...", and then edit it to add your pictures and what u want to say about the pic's...

hope your CJ improves after this helpful advice will check back later, keep up your hard work!!!

kant01: I got it in Timotheus's Water Pack, which comes with several different colours, and in it, the colour "Faded Blue".

GaBoR: Thanks. But I tried the %7Boption%7D tag, and nothing came up. Maybe it's because I haven't converted the pictures to jpeg. Either way, I'll work on it later, because for now the pictures work fine.

I don't have a CJ here. The main reason is because I think it is only fair to potential readers to be fully prepared. I don't want to say, "Here's some stuff. It has problems, but maybe I'll fix it later."

It is hard for me to pick just a few CJs to follow here... there are so many wonderful journals with wonderful pictures that I can just scroll through and admire. So, I'm not about to take on a journal that requires me to click on link after link. But if you think the pictures work fine, more power to you.

Funny that you're the only one who complained.

I'll fix it in a bit, I'm sorry I can't fit your schedule. But things will get together. Just wait.

My intention was only constructive criticism. With so many CJs to look at here, I normally just skip on by if the intro doesn't grab me. Everybody has their own opinion of a "grabbing" intro; links don't do it for me. I cannot believe I am the only person here that skips on by. Btw, I personally don't mind pictures that link to larger off-site pictures. Once something grabs me here, I am quite happy to be offered a more detailed view.

Perhaps you have a wonderful city. IMHO, many people won't know - they will skip on by - until you post the pictures (not the links) here. (Some authors grab readers with stories, but I think that is harder.) In this medium, lack of complaints could also mean lack of potential interest. There are excelent tutorials by the members and staff here (in CJs and the Omnibus) that cover hosting, resizing and reformating, and posting pictures.

I applaud your efforts. I just think you have a shot at a bigger audience if you follow the lead of many, many other great journals here, most of which have a few basic things in common. The great thing with the forum is that you can edit your first post and make whatever changes or improvements (if any) you think might be needed to grab people.

Tip: You can always re-edit your first post to change the sub-title. Many CJ authors do this to summarize the latest update. I always find that a nice touch.

"In this medium, lack of complaints could also mean lack of potential interest."

This statement is the exact opposite of truth in, example, a CJ with 600 replies, all of them positive.

I'm really sorry I can't update very fast, I really am. It's just school's coming to an end and I have 4 diffeent 100+ question exams in science, english, french and socials, and on top of that, I'm an administrator of my own forums, an article writer and frequent at another, member here, at the main Simcity site, and countless other blog sites and fansites. On top of all these things I also have a life.

Sorry guys that I can't update as much as other people here... But I will get around to it eventually. Soon. Heck, I'll get on it this thursday.
