Resizing videos

    how do you resize a video so it's suitable for myspace (100 MB). Mine is 380 MB. Is there like a website which converts it to lower quality? Thanks! It's a div file.

    I use this program (VirtualDub) to convert Videos for use as TV programmes in the Sims 2 + University and Open for Business
