Sim City in China

I'm doing some research on urban planning in China and was wondering if there were any Chinese Sim City players out there - I want to get a feel for whether it's popular here, who plays it, if there are similar Chinese games ... any ideas and comments would be very welcome and helpful!

Im not chinese myself but yeah, we have several chinese simcity players on this site. In particular there is a group making simcity versions of a lot of Hong Kong buildings. Here's a link to the page on the forums where they all discuss things:

I am not Chinese but I live in China and play Sim City regularly. I also majored in urban planning when i was in university and have given several presentations on the topic of Chinese city design. If you have any questions I'd be glad to offer what I can.
