Missing props from civic buildings

I seem to be missing props from several of the Maxis civic buildings, such as the parking areas from the large fire station and the deluxe police station. I've tried removing all items from my plugins folders, but still have issue. I have my city detailed turned all the way up. Has any one see this issue before?

1. if you recently downloaded the patches...check your graphic setting...the patch for some reason sets your graphic down to minimal...killing the detail in the game...

I've had the patches for awhile, and I check my detail settings yesterday. Its also started happening with some of the Maxis parks too.

Sounds like a plugin conflict.  What have you added to your plugins folder recently?

I've tested it with the plugins removed completely. I've backed up all my custom data. I'm thinking i may just reinstall the game.

Probably the best move.  Sounds like something was stepped on.

Save your regions and plugins first (to the desktop for example)

FYI - I still had the same problem after the reinstall - as soon as I added cycledoggs columbus terrain mod. I redownloaded it and the new version appears not to cause the error. What was weird was before my reinstall of SC4, I removed my original copy of this mod and the problem did not disappear, weird. Oh well...I can now see my parking lots and the cops have a place to park their squad cars at the police station again.
