How am I abusing the STEX?

I got a message at the top of when I went to check the STEX, as I do amny times a day, and it said that "further abuse of the stex will result in being banned, you have been warned"  

Waht does it mean, and how can I avoid being banned?

Don't worry, I got the same message too, and I've never even uploaded a thing. It's a warning to those people who have been spamming the STEX and a reminder to the rest of us not to do it either.

Voar Tok is right, I believe.  I'm sure it's more of a blanket warning than anything toward a specific user.  The admins would probably send you a private message if the warning was intended for you personally.

Yes, it's a blanket warning.  All of the members see that warning when they go to the STEX.

Well, I would never spam on the exchange. I've uploaded three items and I have put quite a lot of time to describe it clearly.
