Where's the tutorials?

New to this modding stuff for SC and in forums and such everyone seems to refer to tutorials to do something (i've been looking for the one to add landmarks to jobs & make them rci plopable), yet i can't find any of them...don't seem to be listed in any fashion and the search option never returns anything.  Can anyone point me in the right direction of some tutorials.

1. most of the tutorials will be found in the Omnibus section of the site...(found along the toolbar at the top of the forums.....the new member help squad is currently rebuilding the section, so some things are yet to be transfered to it from the change over from ST4.0 to ST 5.0
2. some of the MOD tutorials can be viewed in the mod sections of the forums also...
