Looking for a specific MOD

I'm looking for a MOD that levels roadways as they are being built.  Does it exist?

there are several sloping mods on the STEX...I know Valkhass has one...and theres a new one on the boards..i belive they are several, each with varying degrees of affecting at which angles transit  types can be laid

Valkhass slope mod eludes me for the moment, pretty sure he had one like that though...and V reliable in his testing...if you have troubles with these others might wanna give a lookie through his stuff...
