Need help on Simcity downloads

    I went to download these two tools from the site, and stuck them in the directory my Simcity 4 game is in, and it says "I must have Simcity 4 installed to use these tools". Is this an easy fix? or will I have to re-install everything in my Simcity 4 directory, and then use it? Please guys, help me out. Thanks in advance.

    Have you applied ALL of the official patches from the official wbsite first, ie: EP1 update and BAT update. You need these to install BAT anyways (I can't recall if you need them for the lot editor). Also, you need to install and register gmax (available from turbosquid.com) in order to install and run BAT.
