Big cities

All my cities that reach about 75,000-80,000 people just stop growing, the residental demand is very high and the land I am zoning has a high desirability rating. Whats wrong?

Odds are good you have hit a demand cap. 

Search the forums for "demand cap" and you should find some info.

One of these days, someone is going to write an article called "Why is My City Stuck?  An Overview of Demand Caps".
