How big do you make your lots?

Sorry if it has been asked before, I had a quick squiz, and couldn't see it.

I usually build high desnsity residential and commercial areas in 4x4 blocks, anything of a lower density is normally in an odd shape up to a max of 6x16. Industrial however, usually high density 5x5 or 5x10. However, that doesn't always seem to develop evenly, with small 1 square patches popping up when it's only beeing populated with "clean" industries.

What do you lot use on your small and large cities? (In this case, I haven't yet built any large cities yet, maxing out at 9k pop.)

I use a range of lots regardless of size as long as it fits in well within a city. Taipei 101, for example, would fit in with my cities that are oriental or bustling with commerce.
