Prop Height

is there any way you can set the height of the props in your Lot-Editor ?
I just can't find it....

To set the height:

Select a prop, hold CTRL and click the UP to make it go up, and DOWN to make it go down. It is quite simple.

....and there are little numbers that count as the props goes up and down, and I think that they are in meters.

ok,, so that makes sense,, but lets say i add a fire station,, how do i make sure the blinking lights on the top of the antennas are in the right spot? same for helipads and such

Well, move them until you think you got it right, then change the angle by 90° and see if the position is correct. Adjust until it's ok from all angles. It depends on the LODs of the building if  perfect placement is possible at all.

As for the kex to change prop height, that's in the manual (yes, there is one).
