    I`ve made it a plopable cs$$$, and it`s a lawyer firm: Young, Young, Young and Old lawyers.
    It`s on a 3x3 lot.

    I`m modding and testing it now.

    WOW! It's been a while since I last looked into your BAT thread, but I certainly don't regret coming back. Those latest two buildings look exceptionally promising: The first one, because it is a very authentic-looking mid-rise building with an interesting base, and the second one because it's something absolutely unique! 44.gif

    Concerning the first one, I love the night lights and the base. The roof obviously isn't finished yet, so no comments on that. Just one tiny suggestion: If you use such a symmetrical texture for the plaza in front of the building, it might look best if you align the building's main entrance with the pattern on the plaza. 2.gif

    I don't really have any critique or suggestions for the second one; I don't know what to improve. It looks really great as it is, only some details (especially on the terrace) are left to do. I guess some tables would look good there - this would give people a nice outdoor chillout area while they can watch the others dance...

    How big will the buildings be, btw? The first one looks like 5x5...

    The Thhur H.Q. is finished, it`s rendering as i type this. And i hope the render doesn`t fail (i don`t have a high end pc).

    I re-re-render tonight. (yup, re-render fialed again) If it doesn`t render this time i`ll abandon this project...

    Guess i have to stick to small bats....

    Well, you could ask someone to render it for you. Annoyingdan recently rendered a pretty huge residential high-rise that had been posted as a 3ds model by its creator, because he was unable to render it.

    Wow, very nice row houses UW!  They're very Modernist.  One comment though, the front doors need to be a lot taller, as they're not 'door shaped' at the moment, I would say the top of the doors need to come up as high as the ground floor bay windows.  I generally use 1.75M x 3M for doors although I'm not sure that's 100% accurate.

    I agree with GaryReggae about the doors, they do look a bit stumpy. The textures are good and the model is great. However the overall poportions of windows and doors is a little off. Theres an awful lot of brick there.

    If I lived in one of these I'd be sure that my cars breaks were in good nick, ready for going down the ramp to the garage.18.gif

    It could be a while before i release this BAT. I`m planning of making a family of this. And due to RLS i don`t have very much batting time..
