Help!!!

I have been downloading buildings and props and such for a while now and honestly everything is going quite swingingly. Thats untill today when i loaded on of my citys and after about two munites of playing i stared to see the all soo dreaded paper packages poping up... i know for sure it is not a building i downloaded because they are first of all of medium size and second of all poping up over top of low density C$$$ and also when i hold the query tool on it the little bubble apears saying (Bench)....
Im panicing   .... i dont know where to start to fix the proplem besides that it is probably some sort of pack. like a floral pack of some sort...
please help me!

oh and while im here id like to ask if there is any mod that just lightly raises the RCI damand?? ... like just up a bitt???

Try downloading the "Sim City 4 Buildings as Props" and "Rush Hour Buildings as Props" downloads from the Lot Editor Page of the Official SC4 website. You need to be product registered and logged in to see the files. Also, if you have the Athens Olympic stadium, it has a bug which makes brown boxes appear so delete it if you have it.

I cannot download anything form simcity.com for some reason.... every time i regester my simcity deluxe game it  dosentp let me be product registerd.. for some stupid reason

Your problem does sound like a couple of missing downloads from the simcity.com wbesite. As for your problem with registering... is your copy of the game brand new? i.e. did you by it first hand with no previous owners???

yep and i did the product registrtion like the day after i bought it... then the product registation didnt work so i emailed the help people and they deleted my product from the system so i could try again and it didnt work.

any suggestion to this matter would greatly help

The only solution I can think of to your problem is to try and send another E-mail or letter to EA along with a picture of your serial number. If you do this, EA might send you a new serial number, therefore allowing you to register at the Sim City 4 website. I'm sorry if this post doesn't help you and I hope you find the answer to your problem soon.

help me i've been downloading many lots (like house money) but i dont know where to extract it or place it to my folder. Help me where will i place it in my SC4 folder

momo66............all lots that you download go into the MyDocuments/Simcity4/plugin folder. Make sure that you unzip them before you place them there.

yh i had the athens stadium and it made loadsa brown boxes appear no matter which plugins i got to try and resolve the issue-i deleted and everything went back to normal. it was a disappointment as the stadium looked quite gd!
