not that I'm aware of. I take it you mean, two layers of elevated highway stacked on top of each other?

Check the NAM, I think there may be SOME double-decker stuff.

No it would just be a multi highway but made with the elevated highway.

You need to be more clear on what you call a multi highway, but check out the city journals.  Look for Toronto, it may have what you're asking about.

Personally I find them to be a pain to work with compared to its ground counterpart. If you demolish any portion of the elevated multihighway, the whole entire highway must be rebuilt. The ramps must be built first before you "cut" as you can't add them afterwards.
