I was able to put SC Deluxe on my XOOMie and works surprisingly well only on a small footprint. That being said, it doesn't live up to SC4 and all the advancements made for it through this website. Deluxe is compact, simple and straightforward and has many of the basic features of SC4. Let's see how EA will make it expandable to include a library for additional roads, buildings, maps and other objects. If not it should be a nice little primer for SC4 on a PC.
I bought it during the 10¢ sale on the market. Makes for a change from Angry Birds on those times I take public transit, otherwise this remains very much a casual game. The touchscreen interface isn't bad, and in a sense the gameplay brings me back to the days when I played SimCity Classic. (Which should run on Android with DOSbox, btw.)
I sure hope they don't try to pull the "expansions up the wazoo" approach they've done with the Sims. And tried (but failed) with Spore.
