Weird graphics bug in region mode, any fixes?

Hi, I was wondering why it looks like that in region mode? This happens only if I make water at the downside of a city, like on the pic. This region is a custom one made in paint but this also happens if I just make a new region in-game. Thanks for any help. -

Oh I see. But how do I render my cities? -
When I download the new bus stop files I got a problem. When I want to built a bus stop in my city, I only see packages instead of the bus stop. So I only see the road and a big package on the side of the road. How can I delete the package so I can see the bus stop? Some Help..?
