Try forcing your residents to use one avenue and zone commercial around that avenue. That way you will get high customers for your commercial buildings in turn generating better businesses. I know that it might generate too much traffic in one area but if you want speed you must sacrifice quality. Just a thought...

Im a newcomer to Simcity but i like the game. I want to know why the highway signs dont pop up in the miscelaneous transportation even though i followed all the instructions. Dont want to be to rookie but if someone can answer my question that would be great.
