Oh my. Please don't forget about leftovers. I may spend $15-$20 preparing some meals, but I eat it for lunch at least once afterwards. Another way to save money and keep the waistline in order is to eat salad one night per week. Add chicken or beef if you like. Maybe even leftover chicken or beef. Now that's the ticket!

I believe the league can appeal on behalf of the player without their consent. In this case they are choosing not to. I still think it sends a bad message to young people. In my opinion..... "You can stomp someone's face as long as you apologize" isn't too far away from" "You can abuse your spouse/kids/pets as long as you feel bad about it."

He should be out of the league. If a doctor or lawyer knowingly does something blatantly wrong , society thinks they should look for another profession. We revoke their license to prevent them from exercising their sub-par judgement and hurting more innocent and defenseless people. I know that the NFL is made up of big boys that know the risks, but this sends the wrong message to young kids. "It's OK to step on someones face while wearing cleats as long as you pay for the damage and say you're sorry afterwards." when the message should be "This is unacceptable and there is no excuse."

The face stomping was just criminal. It's sad that the coach can't just say "Hit the showers, clean out your locker, you're done. You're a thug and you belong in jail. Bye" I think coaches having that ability would improve the game alot. Of course, Cincinatti wouldnt have a team this year! The Bears are playing the best football I have seen in a while. If Rexy can stay healthy I would be surprised if they don't make it to the SB.

Saw the end of the WAS-Jax game and wow. I don't watch Jax that often despite living in florida, but holy crap Byron Leftwitch has a cannon! Good game.

TO has serious issues in life. TO needs to be left alone by everyone, but his personality makes him seek out attention and he seems to always do it in a negative fashion.
