intresting start for a CJ. I personaly have never seen another CJ that started with a news story. and i get to be the first reply your CJ Ha Ha. This looks like it will have a good story line to. keep goin!

Over the past few months as industrial demands have risen the city planers have been devoloping plans for a new industrial/R.R. yard/passenger and freight stations/small Airport/car ferry port/ freight port complex thing thet will meet the demands of all industrys and transportation needs for the greater Mt.Hope municpal area. Here is what it looks like.thier will probably some changes to help the flow of rail and road traffic though. And in addition to that an elvated rail line, schools, hospital and other public buildings along with comm. and res. devolpmet has begun to take shape in the Capitol District.(below) Se Ya Later!

Mike5931: The traform took alot of random clicking but I thing random clicking W/the mountian tool makes the land look the most natual. I am here to say that the town of Mt.Hope had decided to stop all construction on the mountian side because recent studies show that any more weight on the mountian side may cause a massive land slide or possibly an earthquake but they will allow the current residents to stay on the mountian but they will not allow new residents or businesses to move onto or near the mountian side. So the the intrests of the people has now shifted from the beautiful mountian side and it is now wanting to build aruond the all powerful Capital District. Because of high demand of comm. and Res. people have now been allowed to build around the Capital District. today the mayor said I hope a giant monkey dosent climb up the Mt.Hope Tower! and so focus now changes from the town of town Mt.Hope to the Capital district(the C.D. is stil in the city of Mt.Hope just accross the Genesse channel.sorry no pics today)

for some reason whenever i try and download anything from this site it will download into my computer right but it will not show up in the game! Ex. I downloaded the newest NAM today and it is instaled in my PC but thier is nothing new in the game like new transportation stuff or anything! Please help!!!!

WELCOME TO OCEAN CITY!Please leave a comment!(running a little slow but please check out!) It all started long ago when dinosours ruled the earth... there was a small dinosur called a simosoris that layed its eggs on cliffs. One of the best places to lay its eggs was a butiful place with a large cliff... a place now known as OCEAN CITY. Over millions of years rain, wind, and the occasionl metor hitting the cliffs. The jaggad cliffs slowly transformed into the beautiful beaches of....Ocean City. (That odd story mde by A19.) THE WAY OCEAN CITY LOOKED WHEN SIM FIRST SAW IS GLISTENING BEACHES AND DENSE FORESTS OCEAN CITY (Note:i am using a downloadable mod that gets you +$4,000,000 a month and that helps.) Next Postiong: years later sim realised that the beach would be a great place to build on a make a tourist destination so they created Ocean City The new mayor and city board quickly set to work creating a tourist destination. They created an Ave. now simply called Ocean Ave.They the quickly made many ocean side buildings, docks, beaches, and a pier. The area drew loads of people but prices gradually rised in the area because the hotell and dock owners wanted even more $$$ if you know what i mean THe area was popular at fist but due to overpricing the area is now mosty unused but for some rich vacationers and local fishermen. Next Post: After years of rapidly declining tourism the mayor held an emergency meeting that would decide the fate of Ocean City. After Just 8 Hours The city planning board and the mayor came out of the meeting room with a solid plan. The plan included one major change to Ocean City. THe change decided that instead of being soley a touris town the city would zone for samlls houses and business along and near Ocean ave. Zones were quickly placed and now they waited... Afyer a slow start in the industry sector... Things quickly improved in the Ocean Ave. area Houses and business flocked to the new sunny city. Utilitities were added like a dump and electric plant(2 pics. above) , and a new small train was station was built on the tracks that will hopfully be in the center of the expanding city in the future. Because of the small businesses poping up and creating more relaxing feel to the area tourism quickly increased again and now a cruise ship is in port almost 3 times a week and more people are now staying at the 2 hotels next to the port (created by goldava in sc4.com) and local business is booming. Because of sevral complants about the lack of parks a large park has been built and will follow 3rd and 4th st as the city grows and will end at the city limits. Here is an overall view of the Ocean Ave. Area For now. Adios. (i am new and if you see anything violationg the rules on my cj tell me and i will change imeditlly) After a jump in both com. and res. demand new zones&neighborhoods were placed in the north side of the city. After months of meetings and lots chinese take-out the city planning board has decided to makes a major road that will follow along the south coast and connect to the end of the world. the new ave will be blandly named South Beach Rd. The beach where the famous South Beach Diet was Made! This is where Ocean Ave. and South Beach Rd. will meet in the city. Because of recent crime and fire problems, 3 fire and 3 poliece stations along with some new clinics hve been wisly place by the mator himself aginst the will of the city counols because of the costs. Because of the new stations tourism in the area has agin risen another 10% in wonderful Ocean City. Things are quicklPccking up in the coastal city of Ocean City. Industy is slowly but steadly icreasing despite small fires. The city counsol has decided to create C St. in order to cope with increasing res Demand. and thing were quickly developed on the newest addition to The O C. Also Things Filled in in the north side and the mayor has saidwithout me you would not existin a public speach to O C sims. The City counsol is currently on vacation in St.Mrks and will not be in town a whil New Post: Recently the region has had a natoinal meeting about national security of timbuctu(N.S.T.)and they have decided to place a TAF(Timbucktu Air Force) Base and a TNA(Timbucktu National Army)base near the industrial sector. Also A Massive Park Area has been made at the top of South Beach to spur comm. devolpment in the area a water pump has bean placed for the commercial sector in downtown. Here is more stuff on the O.C. WELOME TO K-SIM RADIO! recently the have been many tremors in the east side of the city and wha... RUN agghhh the sky is falling!!! 2 weeks later. it turns out that the earthquake was 2 conential plates crunching together that caused a small plateau to form so... the maroy being the tax greedy man that he is approved plans to buils on the new plateau!! The R.R. bridge and the area surrounding it has been improved by lessing the grade at the north end of the bridge and making the south end of the bridge more level. recenetly health problems have been plauginging the city worse than the plauge so on top of the 3 clinics 2 more clinics along with a major hospital and a new large elementary school and police station have been built. Things are really Starting to pick up in Downtown Ocean City!
