Maybe you're right... but the water treatment center is connected to water system. The same water that our sims drink and uses for industries. I don't imagine to the sims drinking water with smell to pis....!!

Let me expose something for your consideration. Imagine all those cities we build. Thousands or millions of Sims at home or at work....It is suposed that sometime they have to go to the toilett ( and probably more than once per day !!!) Did someone ask himself where do all those organic residues go?,
