What is the best computer config to run this game,With all the talk about debuging to run this on computer 's already running program's or purchesed ,If someone was going to build a computer with this in mind what would I want to include to run the game the best. Thank's Jason

Well i must have went and screwed it up , i just did a update to my simcity from simcity.com and now most of the buildings dont have any detail like there not complete .Mostly landscaping and stuff, i also do not have detail in my parks , if i place a park it comes out like a stamp of grass but no people and kites and water no detail at all please advise jason
