You're probably being afflicted by the Game Of Life cheat code (GOL). It causes weird green spots to go blinking all around your map. I'm not exactly sure how to get rid of it, but I am pretty sure that this is your problem. I believe that the problem should go away eventually. I don't have any clue, though, why this is a reoccurring problem except for one thing: Are you using cheat codes?

Yep, that's a car-jacking. I once saw that happen in my city, so I was curious and followed the car around town. Finally, the car was actually jacked, and I went and busted the guy on Nab the Car-Jacker.

Got any Advil? RLS is working my brain overtime. It seems that a lot of people here have previous experience with computers. We ought to establish a corner in the building somewhere so all of us geeks can talk tech. Wait, we can do that right at the bar. Speaking of the bar, can I get a root beer? The worst game without a shadow of a doubt is Mall of America Tycoon. The pause feature didn't work properly and would bomb the game out, people walked right through walls, if everything wasn't in tip-top shape your mall would suffer, and game would unlock portions of the mall with no rhyme or reason.

I heard that there is supposed to be an expansion pack called splash (or something like that). Any idea when it will hit shelves?

On top of all of the reason's mentioned here, the STEX goes off-line too much as it is. Adding a RCT extension to the STEX would be even more stuff that would have to be taken care of. I'm sure that the admins and the STEX moderators have enough work already.

RLS seems to be able to affect Waffle World. How's it going, frndofyaweh?

EDIT:  Ok, I really DID guess 70's... from the tag on the picture, it says it was taken in January of '72 and that it's the 'worlds' widest avenue.' EDIT #2:  Voar Tok, I really enjoy this game... but IMO, it's been really easy for one fairly obvious reason... the pictures tend to have the name of where they are or what the picture is, in the tag!  Now, some might consider it cheating to look... but others might think of it as 'merely checking to see if I've got the right answer' and there's a pretty fuzzy line between what people ACTUALLY are doing! So, maybe if you saved the picture on your computer and changed then name, THEN uploaded it...    Just a suggestion!! As for your guess, well, you're on the wrong continent. And no bonus points for when the picture was taken, because I don't know when a lot of them were taken. Next time, I'll change the file names to something generic like Where's Waldo picture 1. Yes, I play the game and lay my pipes 13 tiles apart. 15 equals all tiles and pipes. But, the two tiles that are unwatered are usually a two lane road or highway or whatever. Does that clear it up any?
