I think a European style is a lot more fun, plus they did kind of perfect the art of city building first, didn't they?

Does anyone else find it interesting, that we, the SC community are let down by our name sake, and our savior, might be, the competitor whose previous game was horrid? I find it interesting that a game that at least looks better kind of swoops in to the rescue?

If we have reached a day where a game like SC is too complex for America, and Americans, we then, are truly dumb, and have lost. I really would love to know the European and Asian communities opinions on this, their education standards are higher than ours! I could possibly see this game being pushed on the legions of dim-witted, entertainment seeking, flash driven hordes of American youth, but does EA actually think this will fly in Western Europe, or Japan?? We are screwed.

I wonder if anyone has thought to ask, and I may be wrong, so please forgive me if I am, but will the game be open to mods, bats, etc? I mean, who here would play SC4:The Base Version, without mods, bats, custom content, rush hour, etc? Perhaps the game will be crappy, but if possible, can't we make it a better game? Look at all that the SC4 community has made, why can't we work on this? change the game to fit us, isnt that really what we have done to SC4? I'm just as unhappy with SCS as anyone else, but shouldnt we take it with a grain of salt? we are the players, if we dont get what we want, at the very least the ability to change this game to suit us, then we wont buy it, and no one will make any money, but someone should find out? I can't seem to.

Ok, I moved some stuff around, and I got it to work, I think something was loading before something else, It works now, so I am sorry for the inconvience and thanks for the help!

Yes I downloaded the NAM January 2007 (Mac), that one the one for PC is only and .exe and it cant be used, I'm a little confused at it all. I cant even find the files for the Light Rail in the folders, and I've re downloaded it!

There was no installer, I guess I mean, no .exe (because we can't run those) all I had were a bunch of dragable folders to install, and nothing in there about light rail. I even tried redownloading it, and I've scoured the forums for info.

I have played SC4 on PC for a long time, and understood everything with the NAM (for the most part) I have now switched to iMac (intel) (GO ME!!!) And, after downloading the NAM, several things were missing: GLR Pedestrian Tiles Custom Interchanges Did I miss something? Did I forget to install something? Any help would be useful. Thanks so much.
