Thanks parenzo and all! I did see trucks going to and from the Arcology although I can't be certain it wasn't just while I tried "use locally" for a while. I ran it using the resources locally and progress has been made.

I research the Great Work, have needed resources exporting to the global market, choose to send resource to the Great Work site. Trucks haul off the resource to the site and come back, but no progress is made as shown at the Great Work site or by, for instance, the "Alloy to the Arcololy" popup. This same thing has happens in five cities in three regions on three servers. The below has been "sending" stuff for many hours over several days. Have destroyed and rebuilt trade depots as well as smelteries and such. What do I do wrong? My SO tells me I leave shoes in the wrong places and track mud and dirt around, but I've been very careful about that for a while.

This is the only city that's made it past 150K or so for me.

Has anyone made it past a billion simoleans? This took 8 hours, 6 of it unattended.
