Oooo Pretty!

In my findings, it seems hard to even grow the biggest skyscrapers from Sim City. There is a mod that increases demand, but it increase everything... Dirty Industrial, Manufact, C$, C$$, etc. So if your going for something realistic, it doesn't work, otherwise you'll have a megalopolis. The only time I can get demand to high the top of the graph is when I make sure I don't zone high density and just allow smaller buildings to grow. But above 6,000 demand you can't see how high demand is. So as far as I know, there is no single mod that increases specific zones and weath levels. It would be nice to have seperate demand mods... ex: C$$$, CO$$, CO$$$, R$$$ etc. However, if you do this, I would say that buildings would abandon faster.

gay gay joy joy... oh, um, er... happy happy joy joy. There was a person who said it: She came back with a come back after someone said something about 10 Moms. It didn't sound as she used it to be derogitory. My question is this. Why didn't the other student get into trouble for his/her remark about mormons? I find this bullying, and isn't so much about saying the word gay. It is a red herring to the main subject... bullying. I am a future educator (also gay), and neither of these things would be tollerated in my book. This girl who shot back, was doing it in some sort of defense, clearly making a statement that its hurtful and wrong to sterotype. I do believe that the school may have taken it a bit too far, and the parents WAY too far. However, I do believe that SOME sort of punishment is in order, at least detntion for her, and something more major for the person who started it. BOTH needed to be punished, just not her as severe as it was. P.S. I don't find someone calling something so stupid, so gay. However, if translated. "That is so gay" ---> "That is so happy" Now does that make sense to a shoe or some object???? Humanistic qualities to an object...

The texture on the base (the squares) doesn't look real. Is that what is on the real building? Also the flooring on the base (more squares), doesn't look real either. Just things my eye caught. I am also no so sure on the nightlighting for the windows. I've seen Paul, HK, and Simfox do some great lighting... maybe they could help you? Just constructive critisim. The overall model is wonderful!

Blinking light... Sim Goober did a couple buildings with a blinking red light at the top, so you might want to PM him and ask.

Oh WOWIEEE! I always have to ask... Functional Landmark (Ploppable)??? I can't wait! =) About the texture, I've always thought it was supposed to be lighter, but seeing that pic. above, I would say your pretty close. The reflections are a little wierd though.

The darker one. The ligher one seems to overpower the lot and its surroundings. The darker one fits on its lot, and fits with its complex.

No Ill Tonkso, you do not suck! Al BATers have little issues with buildings. I just like to pin point them so that they know what they missed, and what they can work on. I just do it to help you (them). I like to see your works of art work, just as you do =D Your diong a Great Job!
