    Hello I did create huge region size posible for SimCity Rush Hour and Deluxe, it is clean and flat ready use, you will see diferents positions, include just 3 files, ofcourse you need to open and create every map city, it exist a little problem by SimCity with upper right almost in the corner you will need to reload the region because it strokes, it not by the map is internal problem of SimCity engine but never loose nothing or it is not create some conflicts. config.bmp (7681 x 2561 pixels = 19,671,041) with a size 10x30 Large size / 40 kms x 120 kms = 4,800 km2 = 4,800,000 m2 region.ini (Just normal initial configuration with name of the region, just unzip on SimCity region subdirectoy Readme.txt Context: In SimCity 4, a city tile is 16 meters by 16 meters. A small city tile is 64x64 tiles, a medium city is 128x128 tiles, and a large city is 256x256 tiles. This means a small city is 1.024 km x 1.024 km, a medium city is 2.048 km x 2.048 km, and a large city is 4.096 km x 4.096 km. These are the basis: Small: 1x1 km (64x64 tiles) Medium: 2x2 km (128x128 tiles) Large: 4x4 km (256x256 tiles) This region is: *10x30 Large size / 40 kms x 120 kms = 4,800 km2 = 4,800,000 m2 Big Regions 278 Medium Regions 59 Small Regions 95 7681 x 2561 pixels = 19,671,041 Please enjoy it and create other greatest maps from your creativity, I hope you will share Thank you a lot and your support 01/12/2025

Hello dear simtropolisians, after a couple of decades I always wanted the largest region that SimCity 4 could handle and if I achieved it is not extraordinary at all, but it could be fun for many, we are talking about 7681 x 2561 pixels = 19,671,041 in other words 40 km x 120 km = 4,800 km2 = 4,800,000 m2, this region is made up of 256 tiles x 256 tiles (4,096 km x 4,096 km), it does not require any special programs only that SimCity is 1.1.641.0 with the 4gb_patch.exe patch, I leave you the zip that contains: config.bmp and . ini with two images of the entire grid region and smooth or flat, as it was done something simple using config.bmp I was duplicating it even to a measure greater than 7681 x 2561 pixels and seeing that I really recognized I reached this optimal measurement, it is a pleasure to share it although it is undoubtedly a small section compared to others that are extremely great such as NAM, SCAMP among others, this is only an extreme region for the most demanding ambitious of great places.
     
    PD: I will soon post another one that is not classic. It has somewhat covered areas with other sizes and completely displaced. I continue trying to create very realistic regions with everything I would like: large portions of water, mountains, highlands, and others at sea level.
     
    It goes without saying that you create a directory called "cuadrado" in a SimCity subdirectory in the region and put these files in so that when you start the program, this region is visible and the cities are generated.
