I have been trying to order Cities XL Premium on the official website but no matter what method of payment I select I get the following message; Please Choose Another Means of Payment This happens no matter what browser I use so I do not think there is a problem my end and I dont think I am doing anything wrong. It means I cant place an order via their official website. Has anybody else had this problem? My location is Ireland if thats any help.

I am using the latest NAM and I installed it correctly as far as i know but my Freight and Passenger stations always show 0 usage! I have connected two cities with the rail link but nobody ever uses them. What is going on? Thanks in advance

i Have just come back to playing SC4 after a long break. My problem is that my sims are not using the rail, bus or any mass transit despite the fact I locate stops at regular and close proximity to each other and I have passed the mass transit ordinance. The usage never exceeds 1 or 2%. The city population is 150,000 and I am getting a headache with traffic congestion. What am I doing wrong?
