You mentioned that golden word "controller" and I realized that I had a PS4 controller plugged in, which when unplugged, has fixed the issue. I thank you greatly.

I'm having a bizarre issue wherein whenever I launch the game, launcher or not, my cursor begins to drift slowly up and to the right. This happens whether tabbed into or out of the game window. Anybody know what might be causing this?
