I am having a lot of trouble opening SimCity 4 Rush Hour on my Vista-equipped desktop computer. Originally I was getting an "Access Denied" error due to one of my temporary files (~e5d141.tmp) being corrupted or something. I replaced the file with the same file I have on my laptop computer. It seemed to solve my "Access Denied" error, but now I am getting a different error. The title bar reads "Cannot locate the CD-ROM" and the actual message says "Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application". This doesn't make sense to me because I was able to reinstall SimCity 4 from the very same DVD drive. It is clearly reading the DVD in the drive but for some reason it is not loading the game from this DVD. Any suggestions would be awesome. I'm not really sure where to go from here.

I tired the search but it isn't working for me. I am looking for a pack of tiles parking lot / walkway / alley tiles that I downloaded a few years ago. They all came in the same package. They are grass tiles with the little driveways and parking lot puzzle piece that normally accompany buildings on various lots. They seem to have disappeared from my plugins folder. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
