  1. "No Neighbor Deals Currently Available"

Thank you all for the advice, bulldozing the power plant in the Res/Com city allowed me to then initiate an neighbor deal. Thanks again.
  2. I just started developing two new cities in the San Francisco region I've been working on. The Commercial city has my commercial and most of the residential with an Industrial city immediately to the south. In the Industrial city I have a coal power plant near the edge of the map with power lines running directly from the power plant to the map edge. When built I selected the "make neighbor connection" option. The cities are also connected by a highway, avenue, and several roads, though I know this has no bearing on power sharing. In the Industrial city there is roughly 1,400 mwh in excess of demand. I have let both cities run for several months after the plan was built and it still says that there are "No Neighbor Deals Currently Available" when I attempted to initiate one through the financial window. Any thought's our advice? Thanks in advance all.
  3. I have 2 cities linked, one residential and one industrial. In my residential city i have an education at 160, and a very high mayor rating. By all the stats the sims are very happy. Unfortunately there are a number of $$$Co businesses that are delapedated or abandoned while at the same time there are a number of $$$ sims that are unemployed. When I check the unemployed residential lots the commute time is "Long." There are delapedated $$$Co and high tech roughly 21 squares away along a Road or Avenue and buses. I recently installed the latest NAM, could this be messing with the sim's pathfinding, or is there another issue I need to look at?
