Well, the SimMars Project will be a mod right? So, the domed parks is cool. But you know how when you start a city there's a lot of $ Wealth so maybe the buildings should just be pressured and to walk you have to be outside on the martian landscape (road or mars ave..) and as the wealth goes up the sidewalks upgrade to domes around the buildings and the domes connecting to other nearby structures. But I know that would be very difficult because there is nothing really like that in SC4.
