    hello, actually BAT program consist 3 program rite? gMax, SC4 Lot Editor, and SC4 Plugin Manager. because I confused all of this. and If I buy the original SC4 game is it include in the cd or I need to buy the BAT separately ? or just download it from SIMCITY website?
