Should I change the WCERS to a Monorail/People Mover? Make it more modernized?

Well here is I, enjoy... (this is not an up to date image either, this is over a year old, now im graduating and this was 11th grade ID pic.)

For any past quotes and such, a lot of information was lost during the reboot of my computer but luckely I have burned all Plugins, regions, and some albums onto a CD-ROM and when ever find time to install the SC4 game again I will get to more updating of all my journals. Currently I am too busy with the car accident I was in this morning thanks to some people who do not know how to drive on major US Highways, for this I mean US-24 (Telegraph Rd.) lol. PE@CE

I would add my terrible fires which burned down an entire city but I do not have the images anymore since I deleted all my albums after updating my last city journal. Maybe there will be another great disaster in the lands of the Union of Wayne County and fires will dominate once again and reclaim a place in the albums' and then add them to this thread. (I think I am going to do this now on purpose since the last fire was natural.)

Welcome back and now you are indroduced to a new era for Bridgeport City Limits and its citizens. Downtown Bridgeport now dominates the land and so does the city with the completion of Cultural Arts Center consisting of 3 major building deisgns each sybolizing something about the nation. The tallest building named Northern Sky Tower is to symbolize being the tallest in the nation and bringing Bridgeport back from under Kentwood Isle. The middle building is named Arts 'n' Pose Center for symbolizing the art and dedication of unique designs to the Union of Wayne County. Last the magnificent Twistelix Center symbolizes change in building concepts to Bridgeport. This building is used for small businesses on many floors. Hard time will come with those new renovations to the Downtown area. Once again Kentwood Isle will compete to earn the number one spot in the nation. Also below is the bay area image and some new areas of the nation. Just to the bottom-right of Kentwood Isle and over the mountains is a wonderful city full of joy and full of gamblers. You can think of it as a new Las Vegas. So, here it is... Thats all for now. I hope to get more up later.

Interesting city. I am moved on how you incorperated the city into the landscape, I can never get it to look as good. Also you should try using the shortcut to snapshots instead of incuding those menus. I do believe it is Ctrl + Shirf + A or S. Try both, one is bound to work. Just remember to put the menu hidden before snapping photos'.

Interesting to see flag ideas popping up in city journals. Mine have a flag too but with more detail. Hope to see more of this journal.

Awesome job. I like how you built the major city up top. Mine is nore New York City cramped style in my larger cities. Hope to see more.

Need some more comments to get more updates. Less updates, less interest. Thinking about starting a new CJ for Kentwood Isle too. Not sure yet. There are like 60 images for that city.

My suggestion is get what I am using. Gateway CX200X Convertible Tablet Notebook. Not only do you get to play the game on a 14inch wide screen with awesome graphics, the tablet pen acts as your mouse in the game so you can fold the screen down and play as you walk around or just as you would be writing on paper. Sick of the mouse and sick of the keyboard taking all the space and the mousepad annoying you? This machine has it all built nicely. The only down side is in SC4 the Tablet Mode Keyboard does not show as an option so if you were to enter Tax rates or city names and such you would have to lift up for the keyboard. Other than that it was an awesome investment and great gaming and educational computer. Hope this helps. P.S. If you think a 14inch Widescreen for a laptop is small(what I thought at first too) then you are wrong, it actually is perfect size, not to big, not to small.

Awesome job on the highways. Only if they could be made into oneways and be split with medians. Then it would make life in the game seriously easier.

I am a registered Donor for the Michigan Gift of Life. It is dedicated to giving organs and blood to the ones in need. Also as soon as July comes again I participate in the Life Walk and Run in Detroit on Belle Isle. Its a Three Mile walk from the Old Casino around and about back to where we started and theres a lot to do there.

Lol, good job. One flaw with the real Chicago. They really need a new transit system. I will never drive in Chicago during the day ever again. I was going from Detroit to Minneapolis and got stuck in Chicago for 3 and a half hours just Downtown and on someother highway. I learned to time it right to hi Chicago City Limits at night. But all in all, it is a spectacular city and I love Downtown's variety of buildings. So you also have shown them here and you hit it right. Awesome job done.

Oh, and the Island is natural but with civilization slowly transforming it into a Man-made structure. If you wish to see images of the island in the CJ let me know and I will get to it and please my viewers.

Yes it does get annoying when sims cut through the neighborhoods. But I cannot say much I do it all the time here in Detroit since it is gas-consuming to go all the way to the other main road to come back down to another one which is 4 city-blocks away. Updates soon. Keep watch. Who knows, maybe there will be another backup longer than the previous ones.

WOW! Those are some large trees'. Also, I like the snow and how you incorperated it with the holiday and not to mention, the trees' do match the landscape. Only if a snow tree can be made, it would be perfect.

Bridgeport has new competition to remain the top city in the land. Recently Kentwood Isle (the floating urban city) joined the union and bumped Meadowville(see other CJ) out of the number two spot for largest city with population count. Kentwood Isle passed Meadowville by a mile or so and the residents and students of Bridgeport are glad they get to verse Kentwood Isle in sports to see who is the better city. Although, Kentwood Isle comes with a setback. It's and island with no bridges connecting it to the mainland, so its all ferry ride to the long awaited destination of Kentwood Isle. If you are curious about the "Unexplored Land" and what is next to come for it, visit the Meadowville City Journal, it explains the basics there with the same image.

Thanks to all who have commented, your ideas helped build this wonderful nation, Union of Wayne County. Next in the unexplored land I plan to have a canyon built with roads stretching all over it with a city up top, and down low. Hopefully this idea works, I have never tried it since I do not like messing with mountains or canyons. Thats all for now and check back later for more updates. Another update should be on by Wednesday.

Wayne County had some more cities join as all of them have, including Meadowville. Meadowville City Council wishes Kentwood Isle (the urban floating city in the bay) a warm welcome to the union and has offered everyone discount fares to fly anywhere using the Wayne County International Airport. Here is a image of the new isle along with the mountain range in front of it too. With Kentwood Isle boosting up the population, it is also now the second largest city in the union by population. First is Bridgeport, then Kentwood Isle, lastly Meadowville.

Thanks and I hope to get more soon. I been so busy with Meadowville and the entire Union of Wayne County. Check back soon, PE@CE

Thats interesting, I am just waiting for the Detroit RenCen to finish and hopefully be all 7 buildings and to scale in the game. The Simcity website has small versions of common buildings too.

-UPDATE- Lets start by giving you the new Wayne County Arial Photo. See the new additions above and they have yet more areas in the rural section to join the union. This Update is going to have no captions for the images. Just images this time, sorry. But I hope you enjoy them. Well this photo needs a caption, this hill on the expressway is a speed trap now that local teens have been found and ticketed for speeding for the thrill of weightlessness on this strange freeway section. Thats all for now. More postmarked for next update.
